Nature

Nurture

Travelling the world to connect young people with nature, fostering mental resilience through community and the great outdoors.

My name is Alex and I have just completed my undergrad journey at St Andrews, studying Neuroscience. I'm definitely interested in way too many things, but I spend most of my time outdoors, wandering (and getting lost sometimes) in the hills, coastal paths and mountains. I connect my academic journey with my passion, thinking of practical ways to improve mental health through the use of nature.

If you want to chat about the project, meet up in any of the places I'm visiting or just tell me about a nice walk you've just done, reach out!
